By creating an account, depositing funds or placing a wager on 1Roll ("1Roll", "we", "us"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of your account after publication means you accept the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if it is higher, to open an account and place wagers.

You are solely responsible for confirming that online gaming is legal where you live. We may restrict or close accounts from restricted territories at any time, without prior notice.

Accounts are personal. You may hold only one account, and you may not act on behalf of another person, syndicate or automated system.

Keep your email, password and any recovery credentials confidential. Activity carried out through your account is treated as your activity.

You must provide accurate registration details, including a valid email address and a truthful date of birth. Providing false information may result in suspension and forfeiture of balances gained through that misrepresentation.

We may request identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals, and may hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

Deposits are made in supported cryptocurrencies to the deposit address shown in your wallet panel. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss, and we cannot recover such funds.

Balances held on 1Roll are gameplay credits, not bank deposits. They earn no interest and are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme.

Credited amounts are calculated with the market rate observed at the time the network confirms your transaction.

Bonuses are optional promotional credits offered at our discretion. Every bonus carries a wagering requirement, displayed as XP progress in your wallet before you claim it.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is fully met.

Deposited funds may carry a standard turnover requirement before withdrawal, which the withdrawal screen will show if it applies to you.

Abuse of promotions — including multi-accounting, low-risk or hedged betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering, and coordinated play between accounts — voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional terms shown at the moment you claim apply to that claim.

A wager is final once confirmed. Outcomes are generated by our game engine and, where the game displays provably fair data, can be verified using the published seeds and hashes.

Every game states its maximum win and payout multipliers before you play. We may cap exposure on individual rounds or accounts.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, duplicated round or pricing error, the affected round is void and the stake is returned. Payouts created by a malfunction may be reversed.

Withdrawals are paid to the address you supply on the supported network you select. Address and network accuracy is your responsibility; transactions sent on-chain cannot be reversed.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown on the withdrawal screen. Network fees may be deducted from the amount sent.

Withdrawals may be reviewed manually for security, anti-fraud and compliance reasons before being released.

You may not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or any bug or defect in a game to gain an advantage.

You may not use the platform to launder funds, finance illegal activity, or transfer value between accounts.

Where we reasonably determine that a rule in this section has been broken, we may suspend the account, void affected rounds and withhold balances arising from the breach.

Gambling is entertainment, not income. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

If your play stops feeling fun, contact support to request a cooling-off period or account closure. We will honour a self-exclusion request.

If you feel your gambling is out of control, seek help from a specialised support service in your country.

We collect the data required to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Gameplay, deposit and withdrawal records are retained for security and compliance purposes.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

We are not liable for losses caused by blockchain congestion, third-party wallets, exchange rate movement, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any withdrawable balance will be returned subject to verification.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain the reason unless prevented by law or an ongoing investigation.
